30-Day Free Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day free return policy on all eligible items purchased from LMRV. This means you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

Eligibility:

The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for eligible returns. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email after initiating a return request. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Exceptions: Certain items may be excluded from our return policy. Please refer to the product page for specific return information.

How to Initiate a Return: 

Contact our customer service team at hello@lmrv.shop to request a return authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, securely package your item(s) with all original materials.
Affix the prepaid return shipping label (provided via email) to the package.
Drop off your package at your nearest Shipping Carrier location.
We'll notify you once your return has been processed.
